What does
the Gift Voucher look like ?
The voucher is presented in a glossy A5-sized wallet. On
the voucher will be a description of the gift and some
pictures, along with your special message that we add on
for you. Overall it has a great ‘wow!’ factor and we are
sure the recipient will be thrilled with your gift.

How long
is the voucher valid for ?
Vouchers are valid for 9 months, with the following
exceptions:
London sightseeing from High Wycombe – 6 months
Hot air balloon flight – 12 months
Tiger Moth flights – 12 months
Paragliding – 12 months.
Do I have
to select a location for the flight at the time I buy
the voucher ?
No, all the locations are on the voucher. You choose
which location you would like at the time of booking.
How do I
redeem the voucher/book the flight ?
Instructions are printed on the gift voucher. Please
contact us as we will make the booking for you. We will
then send a confirmation sheet with instructions,
directions, weather-check contact phone numbers and
everything you need to know about the day and your
flight.
How much
notice do I need ?
In the height of the Summer and for a flight at the
weekend, we recommend you book a month in advance.
Flying organisations run a diary up to 2 or 3 months in
advance; so if you want to fly in the month of May, for
example, you could call us in March to book.
Can I
transfer the voucher to someone else ?
Yes. We ask you to send back the voucher and we will
send you a new one with replacement name and message.
There is a small administration fee of £6.50. Please
note the expiry date will remain unchanged.
What
happens if the person I give the voucher to doesn’t want
to take the flight ?
You can exchange it for any of the experiences on our
website. If you are changing it to an experience which
is more expensive, you simply pay the difference. We
will ask you to post back to us the voucher and upon
receipt we will send a replacement. There is a small
administration fee of £6.50. Please note the expiry date
will remain unchanged. Please note that we will not
refund the difference should you choose an experience
which is less expensive.
What
happens if the weather is bad on the day of my flight ?
You simply re-book another date directly with the
experience supplier.
I have had
several bookings, all of which have been cancelled due
to bad weather and my voucher is going to expire, can it
be extended ?
Yes we will extend it free of charge. We ask that you
book your experience promptly.
I have
been unable to book the flight and the voucher is due to
expire soon, can it be extended ?
Yes. However, as vouchers are valid for many months,
usually our prices have increased within that time. To
cover this eventuality, we make a charge of £7.50 per
month. Therefore, if you wish to extend the voucher for
two months the charge is £15.00 and so on. If you wish
to extend it for 6 months, the charge is £35.
My voucher
has expired and I have not tried to book, can it be
extended ?
Most vouchers are valid for 9 months, which is plenty of
time to book. If you contact us before it expires we
will extend it (see above). However, if you have let
your voucher expire then we are unable to extend it.
Is it safe
?
All flying organisations have to pass a rigid approval
process carried out by the Civil Aviation Authority.
Each year, the CAA audits the flying organisation and
aircraft maintenance facility. Instructors are given
regular check-flights by CAA-Approved Examiners.
Christmas Questions
I want to buy the voucher well before Christmas. Will I
lose any time on the voucher’s validity period?
No, any voucher with a Christmas message, purchased from
1st October to 24th December, will be made valid from
25th December.
