"The Clay Pigeon Shooting Association endeavours to promote the Sport and in so doing provide facilities through its members' clubs, which allow legitimate clay shooting enthusiasts to pursue their interests in a safe and well-managed environment.

We shall also continue to play a fundamental role in informing, educating and raising the awareness in society on the safe, responsible and legal use of shotguns."

The Clay Pigeon Shooting Association works in conjunction with a number of professional bodies to control and regulate the sport of Clay Target Shooting in the UK.
