All Experiences
have certain age, legal, health, physical and size
restrictions. For the driving Experiences,
participants shorter than 5'0" or taller than 6'6"
and/or weighing more than 17 stone may have
difficulty being accommodated - please check with a
Customer Service agent prior to booking if you are
in any doubt about eligibility. For driving
Experiences, participants are required to hold a
full, valid UK or European driving licence and must
be able to drive manual transmissions. We are not
responsible and the Experience is not refundable
where these restrictions have been breached.

All experiences are offered subject
to availability and weather conditions on the day.
It may be necessary to book a day on certain
Experiences well in advance due to demand. We are
unable to make provisional reservations. You are
advised not to make travel, hotel or other
arrangements until your booking has been confirmed
in writing.
Adventure 001 Ltd will not be held responsible for the costs of travel, accommodation or any other associated costs should your experience
be cancelled for any reason, including equipment non-serviceability or poor weather.

We are unable to
refund the cost of the driving voucher under any
circumstances. The vouchers are however,
transferable providing we are notified in writing at
least 24 hours before any confirmed date.

Voucher packs are sent by first class
post. You can normally expect delivery within 5
working days. Express delivery is available - orders
will be delivered the next day if ordered before
1pm. We cannot hold vouchers for delivery on a
certain date. We are not liable for any loss
suffered as a result of the non-arrival of the
Voucher Pack or any missing component.

We reserve the right to cancel an
Experience due to adverse weather conditions that
would affect your safety. We cannot be held liable
for any costs incurred in this circumstance.

Many of the Experiences featured
involve some personal risk. We will require you to
sign a disclaimer before we will allow you to take
part. We reserve the right to refuse any person from
participating in any Experience should we deem it
necessary. Whilst we consider this to be very
unlikely to be enforced, this rule is for safety
purposes only. We kindly ask you to respect that our
professional instructors’ opinions are final and in
your best interests. In this circumstance, the
maximum compensation available is limited against
the net cost of the element not completed.

The Experiences involve some personal
risk. Some insurance policies specifically exclude
certain Experiences. We can arrange Personal
Accident Insurance for your peace of mind. The
policy will pay out in the event of loss of sight or
limb as well as disablement and death as a direct
result of your Experience at one of our locations.
We need the name of the participant for the
insurance to be in force, although the policy does
not need to be in your possession. Full policy
details available on request.

Once you have a specific date
arranged for your event, the following conditions
and charges apply if you need to change:
- Notification of date change with more than 30 days
to event date: £35 administration charge.
- Notification of date change with 30 days or less
to event date: All monies paid are forfeited.

Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months
from the date of occasion after which time they can
be revalidated at a cost of
£7.50 per
month. Therefore, if you wish to extend the voucher
for two months the charge is £15.00 and so on. If
you wish to extend it for 6 months, the charge is
£35.

Adventure 001 Ltd reserves the right to
alter course details at any time. Course extras may
be substituted according to availability with extras
of comparative value.
