SUITABLE FOR THOSE WHO WISH TO FLY A LARGER AIRCRAFT, OR WEIGH BETWEEN 17 to 18 STONES
As the name suggests, you really will take off with a flying start!
This package provides 5 hours dual flying training. Although rates of progress will vary, we would expect you to have covered all of the early flight exercises in the syllabus within these sessions.
These will include the effects of controls, straight and level flight, climbing, descending and turning.
On completion of The Flying Start, you will have logged 5 hours towards the minimum 45 hours flight time required for the issue of your Private Pilot's Licence.
A Pilot's Log Book is also included in this package, in which you will log your first 5 flights.

With every voucher we are sending a student notes booklet, which give an insight into the basic aircraft handling techniques, photo of a typical cockpit, log book extract, etc. It's a fabulous way to enhance your gift and make it even more special.

Maximum Pilot Height is 6' 6" (1.98 m)
Minimum Pilot Age is 12 Years (adult supervision required for under 16s on airfield premises)

This person should be a family member/friend with a common interest in flying
