The young lady with the birds was absolutely fabulous- very pleasant,. super knowledgable and lovely with everyone even engaging the children there. The birds were spectacular. I left early because of the weather which had been shocking with rain and bitter cold winds which was a shame as the location is stunning and would be beautiful on a lovely day. We were perished after an hour standing there and couldn’t manage the remaining two hours.

I would highly recommend the Falconry experience, we learned loads of interesting facts. Laura (the Falconer) was amazing - she was clearly passionate about the birds (7 in total) and extremely knowledgeable. Well worth the money

We had never been in a helicopter before so we were very excited. The feeling as you take off and the views were amazing despite the showers. The pilot took time to explain where we were, the speed and height as well as doing a couple of sharp turns that felt incredible. They took safety very seriously with safety briefs and plenty of staff watching for our safety on the ground. They were all really friendly and cheerful and took great photos that we could buy afterwards. The only downside was the flight seemed very short and lack of availability closer to us but would still do it again. Thank you.

I had an absolutely fantastic time, all the crew were awesome looked after us very well explained everything in great detail especially safety, I'd definitely fly again thank you so much, especially the pilot who flew us he was amazing had such a smooth ride and enjoyed how he kept us informed throughout ther flight especially telling us what we could see in the distance etc

What can I say… Unbelievable experience from checking in , to flying in the helicopter , and landing safely! Check in was fantastic and even purchased a late flight for my mum , the safety talk was great and easy to understand! And everyone made it an unbelievable experience from the ground crew ! The pilot did amazing considering the weather! We all had a great time and would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to do it !! Only thing I’d say would help is the volume in the headset needs to be louder to hear pilot better but otherwise unavailable experience thank you to everyone of your team

Thank you for a brilliant flight this morning. Our pilot Alastair flew us along the edge of the Mendips to Cheddar, had amazing views of Cheddar Gorge then headed back to Wells. We had fantastic views of the Cathedral and the Bishop's Palace, before heading back to Godney, with beautiful views of the levels and out to the Severn Estuary.
