Tractor Driving Experience Disclaimer & Participation Waiver
Tractor driving experiences involve the use of large agricultural machinery and participation is entirely at the participant's own risk. Please complete this form before checkout.
- Driving vehicles carries the potential for serious injury and/or death. Agricultural vehicles and uneven terrain present inherent risks.
- All instructions from instructors and event staff must be followed at all times.
- Mobile phones and other devices must not be used while operating agricultural vehicles, machinery, or other vehicles on site.
- Unsafe, reckless, dangerous or irresponsible behaviour may result in the experience being terminated immediately and without refund.
- Participants confirm they are medically fit to take part and must wear suitable clothing and footwear.
- Alcohol must not be consumed on site or before the experience. Suspected intoxication will result in refusal to participate without refund.
- Participants must be aged 13 years or over. Participants under 18 years must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
