All of our experiences are Covid Safe and running at a reduced capacity.
In order for us to keep operating, it is vital that we ensure health and safety remains paramount and therefore have been required to make some slight changes to the way we run our experiences. This means reduced operating hours, staggered start and finish times and in some cases, smaller group sizes. We will of course be following government guidelines extremely closely therefore, all customers are required to wear a face mask or face covering at all experiences, we also recommend bringing hand sanitiser. It is likely that you will have a contactless temperature check at any experience where you will be in an indoor space.
All scheduled UK events are now re-open however, there are a handful of locations that may be delayed especially those which are council owned airfields. Should we need to postpone your experience we will contact you via email to assist with rescheduling for a later date. As a reminder, it is imperative you follow the instructions on your event pass to confirm your event is going ahead before you leave home. Facilities may differ depending on the venue, you will be able to find information about this on our Facebook page.

Our customer experience is of upmost priority and therefore, we are still committed to our offer of providing complimentary voucher extensions up to 12 months.
If you fall ill with COVID-19 symptoms before your flight, you must let us know you are unable to attend in advance of your check-in time, failure to inform us will result in forfeiting your experience.
