A lovely steam train journey with a delicious cream tea. Journey was delayed by a few minutes but staff were very quick to apologise. Everyone was very polite and helpful.

What a special day, loved every moment. Birthday present from my daughter. Volunteers were just wonderful, on the platform and on the board service. Felt like I was a little boy again back in the 1950's. Cream teas were excellent with top up tea readily available throughout the journey. Recommended to all.

When we arrived it was busier than I was expecting but we were swiftly shown to our coach and seats. The table was laid beautifully already. Tea and coffee were offered and enjoyed on our journey. The scones were delicious. All the volunteers were friendly and helpful. Information about the railway and history made the trip most enjoyable. A good adventure for old and young.

This was purchased as a present from our daughters, and was an experience that we will remember for a long, long time. It truly was a wonderful day altogether, from the beginning, to the end. The staff were amazing, with their knowledge, and superb service, and the cream tea was fantastic, with some of the best scones we've ever had, and the tea just kept coming. Really enjoyed our adventure, the staff are all volunteers and do a great job looking after us, so friendly and enthusiastic, they love their railway. It was an exciting morning seeing the carriages and then the steam engine, then the delicious cream tea and endless refills of tea and coffee.At Princes Risboriugh we were even allowed to get close to the engine as it re-coupled. I also like the set up at Chinnor with all amenities available. Good Luck to them in their venture to add extra track to the line, someone needs to step forward and say they have money they would like to donate.

The steam train ride with the cream tea was organised by our daughter and son- in- law for my husband's birthday. We both enjoyed it very much, it was well organised, the staff and volunteers were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Please pass on to the lady who made the scones that they were the best he has ever tasted.

From start to finish the experience was first class. Parking was easy the volunteer staff were very friendly, welcoming , helpful and very enthusiastic. We thoroughly enjoyed the Train ride and cream tea very nostalgic and memorable. Would definitely recommend the experience.

This was a Christmas present for my brother who loves trains. The experience started with a lovely sunny morning. All the staff were very polite and welcoming. Once on the train we found our table, set out with our cream teas. The scones were lovely fresh and the tea was proper (out of a tea pot). Lovely views from the steam train. We had a quick stop, so we could take some photos, then back on for our return. It was lovely. The only thing we could say is that we wish it could have been a longer journey, I'm sure other travellers would be prepared to pay the extra for a longer experience. Overall though it was a lovely trip and would recommend this outing. Thankyou.
